What to Expect in Therapy
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Many individuals seeking therapy feel overwhelmed by past experiences, emotional distress, or uncertainty about how to move forward. Psychotherapy offers a structured and respectful space to clarify concerns, explore recurring patterns, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Bilingual psychotherapy services (English and French) are offered to adults across Ontario and Canada, with virtual sessions available in accordance with professional and regulatory guidelines.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
The practice is informed by over two decades of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, including more than ten years dedicated to clinical mental health work. During this time, support was provided to individuals navigating trauma, operational stress, moral injury, anxiety, and major life transitions.
The current private practice builds on this experience through integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
